Get well soon, Toni!
Unfortunately, over the weekend, our A-youth player Tonio suffered a severe knee injury. This happened without any opponent involvement during an indoor tournament in Plaidt.
Yesterday's Wednesday's necessary complex surgery went as well as could be expected under the circumstances, and there is reason to hope that Toni will continue to be on the field for our Ahrweiler BC in the future, not only as coach of the F II juniors but also as a player. He was delighted with the latest issue of the ABC magazine, which his teammate Denis Zogaj presented to him. This will help Toni, among other things, to make the coming (boring) days at Maria Stern Remagen Hospital a little more pleasant.
