++Kreisliga C: Ahrweiler BC Continues Its Winning Streak - 11 Goals in Friday Evening Match Against Wassenach++

The third game after the winter break also went clearly to Ahrweiler B III. On Friday evening, Mohamed Abou-Ayda's team defeated SC Wassenach 10-1 (6-1) on the artificial turf in Remagen.

The city team dominated the entire game and put the visitors under pressure from the start. Wassenach only occasionally threatened the ABC goal, but for the most part remained far too harmless, with the exception of the goal conceded. As early as the first minute of the game, the opposing keeper had to reach behind him. Imer Ademi, a four-goal scorer that evening, scored after just 45 seconds to make it 1-0.

The ABC continued to play with focus in the second half, but slowed the pace until the 60th minute. After increasing their tempo, the goals came an hour in, leading to a final score of 10-1, which temporarily keeps the Abou-Ayda team in fifth place in the standings. Imer Ademi (4), Almedin Ljaljic (3), Armlind Thaqi, Dardan Sulejmani, and Furkan Kalin scored the goals for the third team of Ahrweiler BC. "We must not be blinded by the result and must remain focused. We want to confirm our recent performance in the coming weeks," says ABC III coach Mohamed Abou-Ayda.

On the upcoming matchday, Sunday, March 27th, it's derby time for the away game in Vettelhoven against Grafschafter SG II. ABC III would be very happy about numerous support. Kick-off is at 12:00 PM on the artificial turf in Vettelhoven.
