AHRWEILER BC JUNIOR LEAGUE AT THE LEAGUE MEETING IN BURGBROHL

Despite midsummer temperatures, the F-youth relay day took place last Sunday in Burgbrohl. For Ahrweiler BC, this was the start of the new season. The young kickers competed with two teams from the 2017 age group and showed a solid performance.

With great joy of playing, the young talents of Ahrweiler BC entered the excellently organized relay day. As the younger age group (2017), they often played against older opponents, but were not impressed by this. With a lot of verve and fighting spirit, they showed what they were capable of.

"The children presented themselves wonderfully," praised head coach Frank Stephani his protégés. "They played with a lot of fun and effort and didn't let the heat get them down."

In the end, all the players were exhausted but happy. They began their journey home with many new impressions and experiences.

Ahrweiler BC has started the current season with three U9 teams and is looking forward to a successful and educational season. The young footballers will continue to be enthusiastic and dedicated on the ball.
