On Saturday morning, our U15 juniors gave it their all and showed the strong TuS Oberwinter that they never give up. Despite an early 0-2 deficit, the boys, led by coach Goran Strk and his assistants Alexander and Yvonne Blauhut, fought back with determination. ⚽️
Lisi Thaci was able to narrow the deficit shortly before halftime, but Oberwinter countered with chilling efficiency. Our boys didn't let up in the second half either, but the physically superior opponent ultimately prevailed deservedly.
"The boys showed a great attitude!" said the coaching team. "Oberwinter was simply too strong for us physically. Now it's time to build on the good performances from the first games and go for more."
We are incredibly proud of our boys. Next week, we'll continue when we face JSG Zissen. We want to bring home three points again!
