Even in freezing temperatures, our U19 fought bravely yesterday evening in a friendly match against the U17 of Bonner SC – coached by the 1990 World Champion, Jürgen Kohler. ⚽️❄️
In the first half, we were able to keep up and had numerous chances, but unfortunately, our side couldn't find the back of the net. Bonner SC, who are fifth in the Mittelrheinliga standings going into the winter break, went into halftime with a narrow 1-0 lead.
The match developed into a fast-paced encounter: Our opponents impressed with their incredible pace and quick transitions. Despite our committed efforts, Bonner SC ultimately proved superior in converting chances – the final score was 0-4. Nevertheless, ABC coach Timo Uhlendahl was satisfied with his team's performance. 👏🔴⚪
