++AHRWEILER BC U9: LITTLE EAGLES IN THE HEIGHTS++

The season of the younger E-Juniors of the Ahrweiler BC ended in spectacular fashion amidst the treetops: A day in the forest climbing park in Bad Neuenahr became a symbol of the growing unity. Parents and children celebrated this community with beaming faces – where movement, team spirit and pure joy reigned supreme. Coaches Alem Porca and Darijo Matosevic emphasized their pride in every single young player.

Sportingly, the team showed remarkable progress. Central training goals were consistently implemented: Ball possession improved significantly, quick switching moments became a real weapon, and collective understanding of space matured visibly. Two dominant victories in the last season’s games proved tactical discipline alongside great enjoyment of the game. The highlight: a highly competitive tournament in Bonn. Against strong competition, the team secured 12th place out of 34 teams – a performance that emphasized both intelligence and fighting heart.

“In every child we saw true courage and individual development,” Porca and Matosevic conclude.

The outlook is bright: A final friendly on Friday will mark the festive conclusion before the summer break. The squad is changing: Some players are leaving the club – we thank them and wish them all the best! At the same time, new talents are enriching the team – warmly welcome!

To the parents: Your tireless support – whether on the sidelines of the game or behind the scenes – made this development possible. You were the silent architects of this success.

Starting in July, the new era as E2/U10 begins. The coaching team is looking forward to the upcoming season – the future has begun.
