D-JUNIORS / DISTRICT LEAGUE - SECOND HALF OF SEASON / MATCHDAY 4

++TENTH LEAGUE WIN IN A ROW++

LIMBURG - Saturday's 2-0 home victory against TuS Rot-Weiß Koblenz was the tenth consecutive competitive win (including the Rhineland Cup) for the district league D juniors coached by Patrick Groß and Andreas Küpper.

Max Isgaem gave his team a 1-0 lead against the Red-Whites from Koblenz in stoppage time of the first 30 minutes after a pass from Chadi Atwi. The goal to make it 2-0 (55th minute) was scored by Atwi five minutes before the end of the match. The goal scorer put the ball into the back of the net after a free kick cross from Pascal Olzem.

Although the guests occasionally created good scoring opportunities, it was mostly the young ABC players who set the tone on the field. The advances down the left attacking side, in particular, with the powerfully strong Mats Theisen, repeatedly caused significant scoring danger.

This coming Sunday, the league leaders of the second half of the district league season will play away against SG 2000 Mülheim-Kärlich.
