Our U11 team, the runner-up of the district championship, consisting of the older youth players, will compete entirely in the D-Juniors next season. In the autumn league, the team coached by Thomas Lorenz and Michael Hildebrandt secured the championship convincingly with ten wins. The young ABC players also prevailed 4-3 in the final for the district championship against JSG Nickenich, marking their second title of the season after winning the indoor district championship. They also won the title in the performance league in the spring, despite suffering two losses. "The boys have developed wonderfully," praises Michael Hildebrandt. 👏🥇
Our U11 II team can also look back with pride on the 2023/2024 season. Under the new coaching team of Andre Wenigmann, Ralf Lauterbach, and manager Bianca Herschbach, the team, mixed with older and younger age groups, had a successful start. With 24 points from eight games, they secured first place in the league in the old year. After the winter break, they secured third place in the Kreisklasse with 18 points from ten games. A great team that constantly developed on the field and from the sidelines! 🥉🌟
Our U10 team has completed their first year in the E-Juniors and impressed with 60 points from 20 games. Additionally, they participated in various tournaments to continue their growth. In the upcoming season, they will start as the flagship of the E-Juniors. We have to say goodbye to Co-Trainer Lukas Gronwald, who will now dedicate himself more intensively to his playing career with the U23 team. Thank you, Lukas! 🙌🔝
In the upcoming season, Ahrweiler BC will be participating with a total of 5 teams in the E-juniors: three teams for the 7-a-side league and two teams for the 5-a-side league. We look forward to an exciting and successful new season! 💪⚽️
