Bad luck at the finish
In their deserved derby victory, the league leaders hit the woodwork four times. Especially in the final phase of the first half, when the district town led 0-2 after a strong start thanks to a brace from Alexander Braun, the dominance they had shown until then began to falter. Remagen increasingly gained the upper hand and was rewarded for it: after an own goal, the equalizer was scored to make it 1-2 (24'), which marked the halftime score. 🎯
