++U9 SAYS GOODBYE FOR THE SUMMER BREAK++

The mood at the U9 season-ending party at the Apollinaris Stadium last Sunday was a little dampened. During the game between the parents and the young ABC players, head coach Dario Matosevic suffered a fracture of his shoulder joint, requiring surgery on Monday morning. Of course, we wish Dario a speedy recovery and hope he'll be back to full fitness soon.

Overall, the small celebration with grilled sausages, kicking around on the small field, and a lot of good spirits was a successful end to the season for a team that can look back on an exciting and rapid development. The U9 has developed wonderfully this season, and we are proud of their achievements. We would like to sincerely thank the staff, including coaches Dario Matosevic, Paul Becker, and Lukas Gronwald, for their great work. You have excellently supported and fostered the young players. We would also like to thank the patient and always supportive parents. None of this would have been possible without your support.

It was a great season, and we are already excited about what's to come next season. The U9 has great potential and we are sure that they will show it next season.

Dear Dario, we wish you a speedy recovery and hope you can use the summer to rest and recharge. We hope you’ll all return well-rested and eager to get started as we kick off preparations for the upcoming season. We’re already looking forward to seeing you all back on the field.

Have a wonderful summer, enjoy your free time, and come back well-rested! We are proud of you.
