The little ones shine bright! For two years, our Ahrweiler BC has experienced a real rush for our Bambini teams. So much so that we've even had to introduce waiting lists! 🙌 Currently, over 60 young talents from the 2017, 2018, and 2019/2020 age groups are active in three training groups. The past season was marked by beaming children's eyes and great progress on the field. 🌟
👶 The 2017s:
Our oldest Bambini team, born in 2017, was coached by Frank Stephani and Isabell Baudzus. With a squad of 20 children, the focus was on preparing them for the upcoming season with the F-Juniors. While the emphasis was on the fun of movement, technique was not neglected either: precise passes and shots on small goals were diligently practiced. ⚽️🔥
The 2018ers:
Our 2018 cohort also showed impressive progress! Under the guidance of Lisa Rockensüß and Marcus Schmitt, they were supported in exercises such as balancing and dribbling. The development of motor skills and body control was clearly visible in the boys and girls, which was very positively assessed by the coaches and parents. 🏃♂️🏃♀️💪
The Littlest Ones: 2019/2020
The youngest players, with around 30 children forming the largest training group, were supervised by Michael Lorca, Murat Aslan, and Kamelya Lorca. Since the summer of 2023, they have shown remarkable progress in motor skills and ball control through playful exercises such as running, jumping, and interacting with the ball. 🥳⚽️
Our dedicated trainers demonstrate a lot of patience and adaptability, as each age group presents its own unique challenges. However, the children's enthusiasm and fun reward every effort and make the trainers' work so valuable. 👏❤️
Overall, we look back on a fantastic season in which our young players developed not only their football skills but also important social competencies. We are already looking forward to the next season to continue the enthusiasm for football and foster new talents. 🌟⚽️
