The U17 juniors will have a new coaching team for the new season. Saskia Oebel-Noack and Andre Noack, both new to ABC, will take over the younger U17 junior team. However, for both, it is a return to the district town, where they were very successful for eight years as coaches and youth leader at SC 13 Bad Neuenahr. The couple from Meckenheim worked in the junior girls' section at SV Rot-Wei\u00df Merl from 2009-2013 and at SC 13 from 2013-2021. Most recently, both worked as center coaches for the Rhineland Football Association.<\/p>\n
The 38-year-old administrative officer and the 35-year-old qualified special education teacher stand for clearly structured and sustainable work. \"We strive for clear rules and constant communication. The personal development of the young players is our priority. This creates the framework for football development under the motto: If I don't feel well, I am unable to perform and develop optimally. Respect, tolerance, and discipline are important factors,\" says Andre Noack.<\/p>\n
\"In the short term, we want to integrate and position ourselves within the new club and become a 'positive' point of contact for the young people. In the long term, it would be nice if every player who went through our hands could say that football is no longer just their hobby, but their passion! There have always been friendly and likeable contacts due to the proximity between SC 13 and ABC, and we have perceived the work in the club, especially in the youth department, as very organized, structured, and determined. After leaving the training center, we were very pleased that ABC contacted us,\" explains Saskia Oebel-Noack.<\/p>\n
Youth Director Gerd Treffer: \"We are very pleased that we were able to recruit Saskia and Andre for the ABC. The mix of a qualified educator, licensed coaches, and motivated and demonstrably successful youth coaches is absolutely promising and exciting. Both embody the path we have taken, where the holistic training of children and young people is our top priority. Numerous young players who have gone through Saskia and Andre's teams are now playing in the Bundesliga. We are convinced that the B II team will be best prepared for the tasks in the older age groups.\"<\/p>\n
