Following a hygiene concept previously developed in cooperation with the authorities, the ABC will resume training for its young footballers starting Saturday. Of course, strict rules must be observed. In accordance with official requirements and DFB guidelines, training is only permitted in small groups while maintaining social distancing. For example, hand disinfection must be performed before and after each training session. The coaches have been prepared accordingly through an instruction session and have been urged to act responsibly.
"After the kids and teenagers had to stay at home for weeks, the joy for a bit of normality, playing with the ball, and being together with teammates is huge. The social aspect is the main focus," says ABC youth leader Gerd Treffer.
