Both our E III and our E V have mastered their first games of the new season with flying colors!
The E III boys under Coach Dennis Preußner showed a strong performance against TuS Oberwinter II. After initial nervousness, they got into the game more and more and were able to show many great offensive actions.
Our U19 coach Gerrit Kanowski was convincing in Namedy with a great game. The boys implemented what they learned in training excellently and showed a lot of enjoyment in the game.
The new game format (5 vs 5) is very well received by everyone. The focus is on fun and the boys are developing from game to game.
We are proud of our young talents and look forward to many more exciting games!
Why the new game format is so great: ⚽️
The new 5-on-5 game format offers our young footballers numerous advantages:
- More playing time for everyone: With a smaller team, each child has more opportunities to participate in the game and try things out.
-Promoting individual strengths: Players can develop their own skills and learn to play as a team.
-Less pressure: Without the pressure of winning, children can play more relaxed and have more fun.
- Better technical training: More frequent ball contacts improve technical skills such as passing, dribbling, and shooting.
The game time is 2 x 25 minutes.
