Last Saturday, the oldest age group of our F-Juniors had a very special training session on the agenda. At the boxing studio of David Boskovic and Miria Schuch, Sportclub Ahrtal, located on Uhlandstraße in Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler, our young footballers swapped their soccer balls for punching bags and the futsal field for the boxing ring. 💪
Under the guidance of David Boskovic, the young ABCers and their coaches Sarah Preußner, Victoria Einert, and Jeffrey Yankey were thoroughly put through their paces. 🔥 The techniques and rules of boxing were taught in a fun way, and the kids gave their all and had a blast while gaining new experiences and strengthening their self-confidence. 🏆
The coach knew how to motivate the young footballers and instill in them a love for boxing. "It's great to see how much fun kids are having with boxing and how quickly they are progressing," Boskovic said.
Sarah Preußner was thrilled: "The coaches really did a great job with it and in a child-friendly way." A big compliment to David and his team, and of course to the kids who participated wonderfully! 👏
This trip into the unknown not only gave our young kickers new impetus but also showed them that sometimes you have to think outside the box. 🌟
The Sportclub Ahrtal offers boxing classes starting at age 6, allowing even the youngest sports enthusiasts to dive into the world of boxing early on. It features an extensive fitness area and a dedicated boxing area, both of which can be used separately. This provides members with diverse opportunities for athletic activity and targeted training. Interested families are warmly invited to learn more about the wide range of classes offered.
Other clubs are also of course enthusiastically welcome to dive into the world of boxing and set new training stimuli.
