Ahrweiler BC is pleased to announce the next new signing for the upcoming season in Kreisliga A: Elvedin Hamza will strengthen our U23 team starting this summer.
The 19-year-old attacking player comes from TuS Germania Hersel, for whom he made eleven appearances in the Kreisliga B this season, collecting 21 scorer points. Additionally, he also scored 21 goals for the U19 team. Hamza received his football education at SSV Bornheim and Sportfreunde Troisdorf 05, among others, for whom he also played in the Mittelrheinliga.
The versatile winger, who can play on either wing, impresses with his speed, strong dribbling skills, and dangerous runs down the flank. In addition to his abilities on the left and right wings, the right-footed player is also comfortable in a central role behind the striker—a versatility that will bring fresh energy to our U23 team in the coming season.
Hamza himself is looking forward to his new challenge at ABC:
"I know some players from the first team, which sparked my interest in the club. Ahrweiler BC has a clear vision and good prospects – I'm very happy to be part of the club now."
Aldin Sukic, sporting director of Ahrweiler BC, is also convinced of the new signing's potential:
With Elvedin, we are getting a good boy with promising offensive qualities. He brings speed, technique, and creativity – we are looking forward to having him in our ranks.
Ahrweiler BC warmly welcomes Elvedin Hamza to the Ahr and looks forward to the challenges and successes together in the new season!
