++U23: ANOTHER TEST MATCH DEFEAT, BUT GOOD APPROACHES++

On Sunday, our U23 team played their third test match and lost 2:5 (1:2) away to A-League team SSV Weilerswist. Aron Seck gave them an early lead in the 8th minute after a corner from Chadi Atwi. After an equalizer and falling behind, Michel Wagneder managed to equalize to make it 2:2 shortly after halftime (49th minute) from an assist by Ibrahim Sleei. However, Ricardo Ribeiro's boys conceded three more goals thereafter.

"We need to eliminate our individual mistakes as quickly as possible to concede fewer goals. Although the result sounds brutal, it doesn't do justice to the boys' playing quality," Ribeiro said after the game. The head coach still sees his team on the right track, as the boys are beginning to implement the basics expected of them. Now it's important to further consolidate these in the upcoming training sessions in order to convert the positive approaches into results.
